Government college of Education, Burdwan is one of the premier institutions in
teacher training education of West- Bengal. Established on 1st September,1964 our college has a

The Government College of Education is one of the leading institutions in the field of teacher Education. The main mission of the college is to work as a leading centre of creative teacher education. 2. 14/09/2022 Admission portal closes.
3. 01/09/2022 - 15/09/2022 (Thursday, Upto 11.A.M.) - Receive rectification / Correction.
4. Publication of provisional Ranking list of all valid applicants 16/09/2022
5. Publication of provisional list of 1st counselling 17/09/2022
6. 1st counselling cun admission 20/09/2022 ( Tuesday, 11.00 a.m. College Campus)
Important Notes :
Selected candidates must report college campus in person on 20/09/ 22 positively within 11.00 a.m., with all the documents as given in “ Important points to be noted before counselling”
After the verification of data as given in the online application form with the relevant original documents satisfactorily, they will have to deposit the admission fees of Rs. 15000/ ( fifteen thousand) either physically or electronically on that day ( 20/09/2022) positively to the bank account as mentioned in the information brochure, failing which their admission will not be completed.
Any discrepancy found with the data provided in the online application form will lead to cancellation of candidature.
